The Cooper Gallery is dedicated to making the space available to all types of visitors.

All public areas of the gallery are wheel chair accessible.

Assistance may be needed at the entrance; the front door is not automatic.

Service dogs are welcome.

Tuesday through Saturday, 10am – 5pm

Closed Sunday and Monday

Getting to The Cooper Gallery:

The Cooper Gallery is located adjacent to the Hutchins Center, next to Peet’s Coffee & Tea.

From Harvard Square T Stop (Red Line):

Walk down JFK Street toward Mt. Auburn Street
Turn right on Mt. Auburn Street
The Gallery will be on your left, immediately after Peet’s Coffee

Driving Directions

Via Memorial Drive (from Mass Ave):

Head northwest on Mass Ave toward Plympton Street
Turn left onto Linden Street
Turn left onto Mt Auburn Street
Turn right at the 2nd cross street onto Dewolfe St
Turn right onto Memorial Drive
Turn right to stay on Memorial Drive
Take the 1st right onto Mt Auburn Street
Slight left to stay on Mt Auburn Street
The Gallery will be on your right

Bus directions

The following buses to (and from) Harvard Square would be ideal for travel to The Cooper Gallery – 1, 66, 68, 69, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 77, 78, 86, 96.

We are right next to Peet’s coffee on Mt. Auburn Street.

Park your Bicycle on the Bike racks around the corner on Eliot Street, next to the bus stop for the 66 and 86. The Cooper Gallery is not responsible for vandalism or theft. Park your bikes at your own risk.
